He has evaluated over 10,000 thermograms for physicians worldwide, and brought the previous device through 510k listings with the US FDA. He holds a degree in neurophysiology from U.C. Davis & is a doctor of Oriental Medicine & Herbal Pharmacology. He is known & regarded as one of the world's top authorities on thermometry & complementary medicine. He testified before US Congress with the device as it applies to detection of early breast tumors.

Jackie Bell is known for her pioneering work in natural breast health, having lectured to thousands of women on the topic of integrative breast health and disease prevention. Since 2000, she has conducted clinical testing using Regulation Thermography and worked with numerous medical practitioners to assist them in incorporating this screening technology into their practices.
Jackie has been working closely with Dr. Beilin since 2012 as a beta test site for the first generation of AlfaSight 9000™ devices and as a training specialist.
